When Moses was lacking the confidence to step out in the calling God had given him, the Lord asked him, "What is that in your hand?" It was a simple Shepard's staff. The same that God used in the hand of Moses to part the Red Sea. God promised Moses that he would be with him and instruct him in what he was to do.

We have that same promise! When we surrender to God's will, He uses whatever He has placed in our hand, no matter how big or small, to change the lives of others for His kingdom.
